Jazz
Ambience recommends that clients book the QUINTET for any event
where a full sound and/or dancing is required, since the guitar can
add a more contemporary dance feel

Prices
based on 3 hour set. 1 hour means 45 minutes playing time i.e. the
above is based on 3 x 45 mins sets. (finishing not later than 12
midnight for evening performances. For later extensions please
seek a quote)

No
alterations will be made to tariff if client changes contractual
details after booking.

Start/Finish
time will be as per contract unless change agreed by artist.
Extensions to playing time are negotiable.

Band
members. Please note that band members may vary due to sickness etc.

Set-up
time approx 45 minutes before start of engagement

Cancellation
will incur a penalty of the deposit already paid except in the cases below.

Cancellation
less than one month before engagement will incur a penalty of 50% of
the total, minus deposit paid

Cancellation
less than one week before engagement will incur a penalty of 100% of
the, total, minus deposit paid

Mixed
bookings available i.e. DUO for background afternoon meal plus
QUINTET for evening dance

Bookings
are secured by the deposit cheque on a first come first serve basis.

Quotations
are valid for 1 month

Please
make refreshments and meals (sandwiches) available to the band

Parking
must be made available for each member of the band (i.e. 5 places
for quintet).

DEPOSIT: £60
DUO OR TRIO, £80 QUARTET, £1OO QUINTET (payable on booking
and non-refundable). Add deposits together for mixed bookings. Cheque

BALANCE:
Payment to be settled by cheque (or in cash) in advance or directly
on completion of engagement Cheques to be made out to Jazz Ambience

EXPENSES: if more than twenty miles from Cambridge - please ask

REOUIREMENTS

least one 13 amp socket at venue situated at a convenient distance
to playing area
